Your email will be dealt with by a live agent and not by an automated system.
Whatever your concern maybe, please contact us and we will happy to assist you. If you have recently purchased a PSN card and are still awaiting an email, please check your junk mail and spam folder too. There have been cases where customers have been sent their subscriptions within 5-10 minutes yet email us after 1-2 weeks to enquire when they will receive their card.
If you have not received your PSN card and it has been over 3 hours and it is within our opening hours, please email us straight away.
If you are having difficulties in redeeming a card, or have any general question we will be glad to hear from you.
